I highly recommend Pilates in East! I am new to the world of Pilates and started with the *free* Intro to Pilates class Pilates in East offers, and then I moved forward with doing some private lessons with Claudia. She is so kind so sweet and works with whatever level you are at. If you have any previous injuries or limitations she works with what you can do and creates a workout perfectly suited for you.I have only been doing it for 2 months but I am already noticing myself getting stronger and more flexible, and my body feels great! I am a huge fan of Claudia's and of Pilates in East and I can not recommend them enough!

I went to several classes with Claudia and had SO much fun. Pilates was a workout I really wanted to try, but was nervous and unsure on how to start. Claudia made me feel comfortable and confident while coaching me through a great workout! The studio is also very peaceful and in a great location.

Joining Pilates in East was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. I look forward to the classes, and the instructors are all wonderful! The atmosphere is clean and calming.I broke my ankle and had three surgeries back in 2016. I have not been able to regain any mobility… until now! I never thought this mobility was going to be possible. I’m a pilates addict for life now. Thanks, Pilates in East Studio!

I had an amazing training experience with Ahmé at Pilates East. Her death of knowledge and teaching style allowed us to learn a ton of information in a short amount of time. The facility is beautiful with a large group class studio and several private studios. I highly recommend Ahmé, Pilates East.

Pilates has made a huge difference in my everyday living, keeping me strong and balanced. Rebecca has a gift making it fun and challenging while giving so much to the class and each individual. Absolutely love Pilates in East, I have never done a pilates course until this year. They offer private lessons here.Becca is absolutely amazing and makes you feel comfortable/explains everything super well! Pilates sounds like an intimidating thing to do until you try it. It is super relaxing and such a great way to workout.I genuinely feel stronger after a few sessions and know how to properly stretch without hurting other parts of my body and am able to focus on specific parts of the body without pain.

Recently I have had the opportunity to train under our studio owner, Ahme, who is a Master instructor and one of the top trainers in the world for Balanced Body! Pilates in East is the best of the best! All of their instructors make every class a positive and healing experience!! Affordable prices and such a lovely studio with separate private studios, you just can’t beat it! There truly is no place like it❤️ If you want to change your life for the better this is the place to be!
