Pros: rather inexpensive, chill environmentCons: the water fountain puts out water that is human body temperature at the absolute coldest. If you're a lover of hot water, this gym's water fountains are for you. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to drink blood straight from the jugular, but only from a temperature perspective? Come get some of this hot water fresh from the tap! Also it can be a little crowded during peak hours.

Was a member for many years. Had a problem with the automatic payment processing system with my credit card and had a very hard time working with the new staff. Can barely ever get a hold of anyone and had trouble even when stopping in. When I did get ahold of someone I found that she was quite rude when trying to work through the problem. After missing a payment 4+ monthes prior due to a payment processing issue my access was removed. Losing access makes sense at this point, as I missed a payment service is cut off. I then was continued to be charged with no access the next 4 monthes with no access to the gym, card totally disabled.I was then toldci couldn't regain access unless I paid the 4 month previous missed payment. I guess that's all normal and according to policy but the difficulty when working with current staff and what I believe to be unreasonable payment practices I will be finding a new gym. Who gets charged for monthes for a service you don't even have the option to use.

I called because I had a question about the membership and the lady who I spoke with was very rude and short with me.

There’s literally never any staff at this place. I honestly don’t know why I keep even paying to go to this place. I’ve been trying to add a family member to my plan for months but no one is ever there.

Great place to workout. 2 squat racks, 1 smith machine, cable machine, lots of dumbbells, lot of a cardio machine, and various other strength machines. It’s a little bit on the smaller side for a gym but there’s almost never been a time when I couldn’t get my workout in because it was too crowded. Mornings and late evenings are usually the least crowded times. Very clean and the equipment is seemingly brand new.

I signed up for this gym because it is close to me, and to run on the treadmills to train for a marathon. In the 2 weeks I was a member there, one of the 5 treadmills was broken down, and then 3 separate times I had the circuit blow that the treadmill was plugged into. this would make 2 of the treadmills unusable until someone would come in to flip the breaker (the next day). Also, the bathrooms are very dirty, and the place is quite small altogether. For $40/mo. I would definitely look elsewhere.

I’ve been a member here for a couple of years now. Honestly, the only reason I keep going to this gym is that I live nearby. It’s very difficult to reach staff (they are almost never there and do not return calls). The gym itself is dirty sometimes. Especially in the wintertime. Also, some of the equipment needs repair.

For a very very tiny gym you are limited plus they want 35 to enter and basically 40$ month I’m good your trying to compete for something you not even ahead in. Why don’t I just go to ymca there more and it’s the same price?

Snap Fitness is great for me as it provides the minimum requirement of equipment with 24 hour access. With my schedule, early mornings work best and the local Y isn't even open that early. This location is clean, well maintained, and the staff is very courteous. I've only had one issue since joining (2 months ago) and they took care of it right away.
