I am really glad I found this community. Working out is a means towards a goal and the coaches make sure you are working towards that goal. They are also as happy as you are when you make progress.

My partner and I have been coming to this gym since March. We started with the 6-week challenge with Ashley and have been with her since. She is an incredible coach and person and has changed the way we look at health. She genuinely cares about her clients and is always going above and beyond to help us. Her support around nutrition and continued motivation are invaluable. Beyond this, The Loading Dock Gym is a great atmosphere, and everyone has been very welcoming. Definitely recommend.

I have been a member at this gym for almost a year and would highly recommend! Since joining this gym my strength and cardiovascular fitness have improved tremendously. The small class sizes and community amongst the members and coaches are what make this gym very unique. All of the coaches do a great job at pushing you through the workout. They also do a great job at ensuring you have good form on each of the exercises. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to make gains on their fitness journey!

The Loading Dock is a great place to work out. Each day is planned carefully. The coaches are so knowledgeable and want you to succeed with whatever your goals are. They break down each move and provide coaching throughout the work out. The environment is friendly and everyone there is encouraging.I've been going for almost six months. Money is personal and I invest mine where I feel the company is invested in me as well.

I am a runner who was really burnt out by miles and in a rut. I'd wanted to try a strength and conditioning gym for a while but was always kind of intimidated... this gym is the opposite of intimidating! It's filled with super friendly, nonjudgemental folks and really helpful, knowledgable, and encouraging coaches! The workouts are hard and effective and the community is great.

Starting year 2 here continuing to appreciate the leadership from the coaches and support of my classmates. Coaches help with a push to make sure you're getting your goals, but will reel you back if the form isn't right or you need to adjust. Keep the workouts mixed so you don't get bored. Thanks LD!

I initially signed up for the program as an early birthday present for myself late November, early December. Fast forward to the middle January and I am now officially a member!(: At first, I dreaded working out since it had been years since I’ve done any exercise but the trainers and coaches (AND THE MEMBERS!) at The Loading Dock are nothing but supportive and encouraging that it makes the workout super fun— not to mention knowledgable! They’ll do anything they can to take into account any previous injuries you may have had and find work arounds to ensure both safety and any injury prevention. I genuinely look forward into working out at The Loading Dock in the mornings— it’s definitely apart of my daily routine!!!(: Sososososo thankful for everyone there and everything they do!(:
