Awesome experience. I was travelling for work and decided to Drop in at Crossfit Greenville. The coach, Armando, made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in and showed me around the gym. The workouts were very well thought out and planned including warm-up and cool down. Will absolutely be back anytime I am back in Greenville.

I love this place! I’ve moved all over and have experienced a lot of gyms. But I felt at home here right away. The coaches care, the members care, and the vibe is fantastic. Happy to be a member! So worth it.

If you’re thinking of trying CrossFit consider this your sign to check out Crossfit Greenville! I joined about 8 months ago and it has been the best experience! The classes are dynamic with a variety of movements and exercises which keeps me interested. The coaches are motivating and work with you to tailor the workouts to your level of experience and fitness. Coaches Justin and Armando have been especially helpful while coaching me during the lunch time class 💪🏻. More than all of this, the community of members at CrossFit Greenville is an awesome, fun and supportive group!

I have been training with Greenville CrossFit for 3 years now and I have come to love this fitness community. The workouts have been carefully planned, clearly explained, and meticulously followed. The coaches are well-trained and are careful to make sure that I work at a pace/intensity/level that is appropriate for my level of fitness. I have learned to trust and follow their direction, and have seen great improvement as a result. Highly recommend.

CrossFit Greenville is a great fit for everyone. If it has been a while since you worked out, they will scale the movements to fit your skill level and help you progress. If you are in the best shape of your life, they will give you workouts that take you to the next level. Exercise is the wonder drug, and this is a great prescription!

I joined CrossFit Greenville in May 2021. Over the last few years I’ve really struggled with my health and with that my commitment to exercising has been inconsistent. A few months ago I recommitted to exercising and overall healthy efforts. I was nervous to start again, feeling embarrassed about my fitness level.The coaches have *always* welcomed me and encouraged me. They get to know you and your goals so they can best support you — things like do you need tough love and to be pushed to try a little more, or do you perform better when people don’t talk to you. They’re very knowledgeable about variations to exercises and explaining your options so you do movements safely and at your skill level.When I got out of my own head and self-consciousness, I realized the people in class with me crossed generations, body types and skill levels. We’re all there to do something good for our bodies with good people around us.I highly recommend CFG!
