We bought a boat there. The boat didn't have seats as it stated it came with seats. Seth the manager was very helpful. He was very friendly and his customer service was top notch.

I had a great experience here , My bike had major damage and I took it here for repair, they re-view the damage and inform me about the cost of repair and delivery time.Unfortunately one of the pieces did not arrive on time from their supplier and the General manager Sean call me to notify me about the issue and how he was working to solve it.I got my bike fix and just like new, they did a great job and I truly feel like I was important for them, that is what customer service is all about.On top of that on my way out they had a clearance event so I bought a lot of Coleman shirts for less than 10 USD their normal price was from 30 to 45 USD so I will highly recommend this store and its personal for been so professionalThank you GuysRodolfo Elizondo

as soon as we entered the store an associate asked if they could help they gave us exact directions for where the table tennis equipment was. After studying their variety and having difficulty deciding an associate asked us if he could help. He was very helpful and we enjoyed our visit

Always have a great selection of whatever you are looking for. The prices are pretty comparable and if you find it somewhere else cheaper they will match it. My sister got a pair of running shoes for $40 and they are normally $120.

Thank goodness there are still places that offer excellent service! In the age where everyone has access to any product to be ordered online and delivered to their house within a day or two... sometimes you just need to see, feel, and smell the product. And sometimes, you need to ask a real person a question. One of the Managers, Sean, is a true service oriented guy! He went out of his way to make sure I found what I came in for (a bicycle tire pump) and also made sure I knew about their killer clearance deals! I felt absolutely zero pressure, just 100% taken care of. I don't agree with a few of their recent Corporate policies and stances... but I can overlook that when I receive this level of service. Keep up the great work guys!

Pittsburgh PA based Dick's Sporting Goods on Greenville Blvd. in Greenville NC is just ok. Let me start with the Good. When it comes to knowledge of the products their sales staff is very good. In lodge they are very knowledgeable about guns and ammo. I know there has been a key departure in that department, but they are still going strong. Jasmin in the sports apparel department comes to us from the Goldsboro Dick's and is very courteous and helpful. Kathy in the shoe department is very knowledgeable of the brand names and product lines especially in running shoes. She also is a marathon runner who keeps an updated board of all of the area marathons and events taking place. I've have found some deals on discounted and discontinued sale items. The discounted shoes are usually on the end caps in the rear of the shoe department.Now for the not so good news. The personable and rather tall former store manager Lena has left Dick's and we really miss her. She has been replaced by a not so customer friendly new young manager named Jason. We wish him the best and advise him to loosen up! Now, the bad news... Dick's here in Greenville NC seems to only carry some of the hometown ECU hats and shirts. Dick's (in my experience) does not care to cater to nor carry any of the UNC, NC State, Duke Panthers, Hornets nor Hurricanes gear. They don't even seem to carry any of the Redskins, Cowboys or even Steeler gear either and their based in Pittsburgh! I don't know why... When the Carolina Panthers went to the Superbowl you could not find one item of Carolina Panthers Superbowl gear. Fortunately, Kohl's is next door!The other bad news is that Dick's is not competitively priced vs Omega Sports or even the new Academy Sports that just opened up next door to Dick's. And they seem to never have a particular shoe in stock, you must order it online in the store and wait for the delivery. This is frustrating.So, Dick's is okay if you want to pay top dollar for your sportswear. If you are looking for coupons or just better deals, shop somewhere else other than the big W for your sporting goods and gear!

Called to ask if they had ecu cornhole bags in store since the website doesn't tell you. They put me on hold, came back and said "they believed they did." Hesitantly, I made the trip there only to find that the associate didn't know they had cornhole bags at all, I found them, and they only carry unc bags, in GREENVILLE, NC.

I bought a Diamondback bike today and Larry was incredibly helpful and made sure that my bike was perfect. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Matthew was my clerk and he gave me a great deal. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks guys!
