This is a wonderful open 24 hours gym located conveniently in Greenville NC on Firetower Rd. If you're looking for a place where you can workout without being disturbed(people mind their business), with simple easy to use equipment (in good condition), this is the place for you. Roy and his wife Chelsie are certified professional trainers who have the best interest of their clients. They are very affordable and the gym is clean. I have been training with Roy and have lost so much weight in just 3 months! Try it out, you wouldn't be disappointed!

Great gym, have loved it here since day one. Very friendly staff who are always working to improve the place, it nice to see their faces in the gym each and everyday. Has all the equipment you could possibly need, and it’s rarely so busy that you have to wait on machines.

Great gym, tons of equipment and great personal training. I've dropped 20lbs since I started there and they have helped train two of my kids so they can better compete in their athletic programs. Can't say enough about the gym.
