Moved to Greenville a year ago, started hitting the gym hard again and was in need of some guidance and advice with how I should go about my working out schedule along with supplements such as protein powders, preworkout powders, repair and recovery, etc. that would help me with achieving my goals. I was always a loyal GNC shopper until I started shopping here. I came in the shop and talked to Austin who gave me a diet plan and this protein and carb powder to help me gain weight (I was stuck at 145lbs). I’ve gained 18 pounds in a month since.
