Anytime Fitness

24/7 doesn’t mean 24/7 just showed up to this location and the key fob is turned off and the doors are locked, I called the number on the door with no answer or response, also called customer service and they are closed for the “long weekend” very disappointing… so anytime doesn’t necessarily mean anytime.

I'm from another state and the experience here isn't great. No way to get a hold of anyone card reader busted at random times.

I signed up for their private training and I enjoy Betsey, Jade and Cole's training and advice. They may have a small gym compared to others, but you can accomplish what you need with the free weights and the equipment that they do have. I feel the gym is clean (for a gym) and the staff is friendly. It's a perfect location and not too busy, I am glad it is not a (social gym) like a lot of them are. I have never had to call them so I can't say anything about how long it takes for them to respond. But there is always someone there when I go around 130p during the week. I will continue to go there and be happy with them.

Recently had to cancel my gym membership after almost 3 years because they brought in "ProPlus Fitness" to run the day to day operations. They do not clean ANYTHING. There was a dirty sock in the bathroom for 7 days which is absolutely ridiculous. I went to the male employee soon after they started to ask about the cleanliness which I was assured that "Betsey deep cleans the bathrooms every night" but I don't know a universe where 7 days of having a dirty sock on the ground would be considered deep cleaned! It really is such a shame. This used to be a nice gym

Not a good experience at all! My husband and I did the month to month plan and was told we can cancel anytime and not be charged another month by 2 different people! We cancelled in April and was told for sure, there wouldn’t be anymore charges and of course in May we were charged again! And nobody will return our calls or emails!! Extremely poor customer service and nobody is ever at work there, so you have to make an appointment, but No one EVER calls you back or emails back!!!! They are individually owned so corporate does NOTHING!! Go join another gym!!!!

READ THE LOW STARS REVIEWS… they’re HORRENDOUS with communication and take weeks (I’m still bothering them) to get a membership or have it canceled. The “owner” called me back and said her sister would call me right back to cancel. Nothing… also her sister “manages” the gym but she’s a ghost. It’s a joke how they run business and I’m reporting them to the BBB.

Good and clean gym! I haven't seen any staff and it seems like they are appointment only so no classes. I am just visiting from out of town so very different than the Anytime I am used to. Still a good gym.

Read the low star reviews because it’s true about the staff. Also, there’s barely any equipment here compared to the other locations, yet they charge you for an annual fee that’s made to enhance the club. No enhancements have been made in 3 years.

I’m from CT but in Portland for a few weeks and have been to this location 5 times so far. My experience had been great - never crowded, friendly staff and clean facilities facilities. I could ask for more.

I just moved here recently and signed up at a different location. I loved my experience at my previous gym and was looking forward to meeting and building a relationship with this new staff....the issue is they don't exist. I have called, emailed, arrived to the club in person and I have never seen a staff member there... the worst of it is that they are by appointment only. This club is honestly a shell of an anytime fitness and is fine if you just need to go in and do your own thing. But sadly I paid for extra services that I can't even use or schedule because no one has gotten back to me. I'm going to find a better gym that has a presence.
