I love this gym I love how it’s close to me and how friendly the staff are! They have all sorts of machines and equipment which is really cool. The only thing I don’t like about this gym is that the sanitizer spray smells and looks like urine which is super gross! I hope they change that soon lol

Amazing staff! Overall, I don’t see myself not coming to this gym. Not too far from home and is open 24/7 during the week. Perfect time for me if I get out of work late!

This gym has been nothing but accommodating to my needs as a new gym member. The staff is very nice and sweet, and will provide you with anything that you need. It is also clean, I’ve never had any issues when it comes to the cleanliness of the gym!

One of the best gyms in there network. Not because its was clean because it could have been cleaner and not due to the machines not being broken because some did show signs of wear and needed immediate preventive maintenance and not because this store's manager was attentive because he wasn't but because of the host at the desk named Tyler. Very professional , attentive and willing to help with information. I've been to MANY of their other gyms and they all have three things in common: Young managers with poor social skills , a poor understanding of environmental hygiene when it comes to bathroom cleaning and floor maintenance and last but not least a poor understanding of machinery upkeep due to the absence of preventative maintenance.

I Love planet fitness, why because usually clean bathrooms, clean really nice showers. However can to hammond location and there was no soap. Yes i said it people working out and using bathrooms not a single drop in despensers at all the sinks

These guys are awesome and definitely underpaid. I sat and watched as they dealt with a Karen over the mask mandate. They handled it EXTREMELY professionally. Not to mention, they do handle the mask mandate very well. They are not unreasonable by any means with it and are very polite if they do ask you to wear your mask. It's a very clean gym and the staff members are very chill! I love coming here and will continue to support this business!
