Jen is the best, every time I'm in town she ensures I get the best workout my body can handle. I definitely recommend this gym and will continue to attend when I'm in the area.

The workouts include a variety of aerobic exercise and strength training. The trainers are awesome! I feel stronger mentally and physically. Best gym ever!

Have been going here for two weeks now and the staff is amazing. I am inexperienced in kickboxing, but every time I have been in there has been a staff member to explain everything and help me during my workout. It is a difficult workout but really rewarding and works out every muscle. I recommend this to everyone that I know.

I love this place. There's a different workout every day. I have to peel my clothes off after every session because I've sweat so much! I am not the best at it but the trainers are kind and encouraging. You get to punch and kick things. I wasn't even trying but I've lost 2 inches off my waist already. My husband says my butts higher too...lol It's just so much fun.
