Too small and crowded. Too many people using 3 machines at the same time doing half reps

Low key nice gym. Gotta walk a bit to get where you need to go, but not as crowded as the Shellbank.

Place has everything you need. Although, they are unable to upkeep the sauna and the people are basically as useful as the people in front of the walmart checking the number of people in. When asked for 24 hour access multiple times within a month, they say “we are unable to do this” I don’t know what else entails for this job, but i would love to have it.

Only for retirees and military. Pretty busy but cool gym. The soldier in the front was super helpful and polite.Clean. with wet wipes to clean after training.

Would like to see Shellbank open to retirees for the indoor (air conditioned) track but find places to run laps in ACC gym. This summer weather can be a killer.

Nice gym generally speaking. But their equipment is becoming a bit dated. Their bars aren’t very well taken care of and the CrossFit section needs to be cleaned more often. Nothing like dropping down for a burpee and getting a wad of hair in your face

This place has it all. A warrior center for Cross-Fit like activities. A steam room, basketball courts, TRX station, elyptical equipment and it's conveniently located close to maintainers and Staff. Easy to get a quick work out in at lunchtime. The staff is always on point and very friendly.

The combat room hasn’t had cleaning spray for the better part of a month. I see people coming and going in there constantly, rolling, working out with no disinfectant to clean the area. That is not only disgusting, someone could get seriously sick if they have even the slightest cut.Ring worm and staph infections run rampant in the martial arts community and with the staff willingly neglecting sanitation requirements, it’s inevitable that a member of the gym will get something eventually unless this is fixed. The staff have been notified multiple times that the cleaner is either empty or completely missing from the room.I’ve been coming here since September and even have an ongoing joke with my husband to track when the last time the trash was taken out. It’s overflowing with paper towels and empty water bottles.
