By far the best gym I have belonged to in the Hampton Roads area. The trainers are fantastic, Juliette is a great trainer and George is a great owner. Everyone I have met and corresponded with at the gym have been fantastic, friendly, and motivating. It is great to go into a gym that isn't over packed and feel like you belong.
