Where do I start, the coaches are amazing. You have Coach KB, coach Dee, and coach Erica, and Daria. So many different workout groups. I'm in Dinner club and I haven't worked out in years. These coaches train you according to you're level. They are wonderful. The fit sisters are all about helping you push yourself. If you ladies are looking for a gym KBs Fitclub is for you. You will see a change. This place is wonderful.
