I have known the owner for about 2 years, and when I say that he's a great gym owner, believe me. He is all about making your gym experience worth while. He is a coach as well, so he is excellent and very detail oriented when it comes to your training, critiquing lifts, and creating a strength program that is tailored to your individualized needs and your goals. He is not a "one size fits all" coach. He likes to challenge his clients and give you a great explanation on why you are doing certain exercises. He works with a variety of people, ranging from different experience levels, scheduled availability and work demands, and your comfortability. As far as the facility goes, it is a positive environment fill with people who are not only trying to get stronger, but are easy going and root for and support you. It is a growing gym that has great equipment and it is clean and well lit. And did I mention we are located next to the beach. So if you are ready to start your fitness journey and want to lift heavy weights while surrounded by hood people, come to Oguns. I promise it is worth your while.

Ive been going to Ogun's for almost a year now. I have to say I have never been to a gym where there was so much support! The owners and the members are all friendly and down to earth. Everyone is knowledgeable, the trainers are top notch and even though we are working hard it is always a good time! Its your own lil work out family. :) they are like the Cheers theme song: sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. and they're always glad you came...lol. You are not just another paying member here. They make you feel like you are about of something. They make working out, getting strong and fit, fun!
