Signed up first day, Livia was very helpful and got me all the information I needed to start my adventure. Never been to a gym and did everything at home. I'll admit at first I was coming in with the attitude of "oh great everyone will be making tiktoks and what not" and this was not the case. Gym was very clean and machines were modern and very well maintained. Also had a junior Olympic size pool which is great as I am a swimmer. If you're looking or thinking of join a gym, give this place a try and talk to Livia. Very helpful!

I’ve been going almost everyday since February 2022 and It seems like the men’s showers and the lockers are always dirty. probably only one person that even cleans it really well and I don’t even see him anymore. Must have left thy place since nobody else is doing their job and leaving him to do all the work. I don’t blame him. Its nasty in the mens locker rooms and showers. On the other hand as much cool employees there are it’s equally match with some unprofessional employees. That’s why I give it a 3 star. It’s not completely terrible but it definitely isn’t the best. I feel like they could do so much better.

Such a poor gym experience at the Hemet LA Fitness. Constantly overcrowded in the afternoon, sanitation is non-existent, lack of proper ventilation, and gym closes at 8 on Saturdays. …

The gym is really nice, clean, and big. The staff is rude but no one pays any attention to them anyways. The people who help you get the membership are realllyy pushy. They'll delay the process of getting a membership forever even if you keep saying no. If you can just buy your membership online and save yourself the head ache do it.

"It's just a part of the process." I heard this at least 4 times while trying to explain I had already had a tour and was not interested in a membership and only wanted a day pass to workout with a friend who got off work early. The employee trying to get me to sign up for a membership was condescending and rude. Facility was very nice otherwise but if you're only interested in a one time visit be prepared for a half hour script read and tour that could've been better spent working out and experiencing the gym first hand.

It's upsetting that this gym took members from Crunch fitness this past November 2022 at the same monthly rate the Crunch members used to pay $14.00 and to this day they continue to pay the same rate. This is unacceptable because the …

The gym is over crowded, it's more like a social gathering hangout area. Many machines are either broken or not working properly. Staff doesn't take pride in keeping areas clean and in good order. There is no proper gym attire dress code people in flip flops, crocks and slippers. It's a shame this gym is so terrible. Management must be there to just collect a check and memberships. No pride in what they do. If you're looking to crowd machines and take up space this is the place to hangout.
