Great gym, with friendly staff. Plus it never gets too crowded so you don’t have to wait for equipment. 5 stars!

Early morning are the best.. They have peek graphs to go off & its very accurate I have been a member since they opened and have refereed and recommended this gym over the others in the area. As far as security and safety well if you lived here more then five years you make yourself aware of your surroundings and place valuables out of sight, not forgetting to lock or arm your vehicles. Whether in the valley or in Beverly Hills you should use that discernment. There is security cameras and a security guard that walks the plaza encouraging those unfriendlies to keep passing thru.

Well, they earned my 5 star rating. After one year being opened, all the equipment looks very good. Like all the clubs. Got all gym membership works very well for me. Thanks, Planet Fitness....

Best gym experience ever!!! Clean showers, super clean facility with tons and tons of cardio & weight lifting equipment for the best workout ever! Very friendly and helpful staff! Love the convenience of this 24 hour gym! Plenty of free parking!

I had no complaints, and actually liked them on Yelp until I left my unbrella there. I called and the staff put it behind the counter until I came back to get it, Well in less than a week they threw it in the trash, that was wrong to do to a loyal customer!

They charged our credit card after they said they wouldn't. They told us they had medical staff which they did not they just said anything to get our credit card. And when my wife and I went to planet fitness they told us they had no medical staff or a trainer for a long time. So we told them we wanted to cancel and and wanted a refund. They said they cannot give us the cash back that we paid them but they will not bill our credit card but they did 3 months in a row $40 each time. The assistant manager Mike was the one who told us they would not charge our card. But after talking to the manager as well as the main office I could see it wasn't Mike's fualt it was the crooks he worked for.

I’m from a different city and this gym is a 1 star as far as equipment goes. Most of the staff is nice but not very polite. Morning staff way more in tuned then the later staff that is friends with everyone in the gym. My car was vandalized recently on February 1st 2018 racking up to 5k worth of damages. I have asked for the cameras multiple times and the supervisor of sercurity told me when the manager is ready to get the camera prepared is when I’ll get it. It has now been 1 week and I had to go to the gym just to get an update. My insurance is now responsible for my damages because someone damaged my car while I was in planted Fitness working out. I can tell you one thing all over the plaza it’s says camera are on 24 hours why is it taking so long for me to get the proof of who did it. If you can hire security and hang signs everywhere you guys should be able to provide proof promptly if your cameras are running 24 hours like you state on your signs.I would never ever go to another planted Fitness nor refer anyone to this Hemet location. Absolutely the worst experience in all the years I’ve been going to the gym.Thanks hopefully this helped some people who actually care about there well being and their safety.

Love this gym! WAY more affordable than other gyms, which is great for people like me who have a low budget. Good variety of equipment, always clean, & I love the extra little perks that come with being a Black Card member! Highly recommended.

The pros of having a planet fitness membership, is that they have a lot of great working treadmills. Powerhouse gym does not. The cons are that the free weights dont exceed 60lbs. Powerhouse gym does. Therefore, I have both memberships, because I benefit from both tremendously.

They have all the machines you need for a great work out. Great environment, no intimidation for anyone who is barely learning the ropes on how to work out. And 24 hrs is a plus!!!
