I love the camp! I'm soo addicted to the workouts. I completed the challenge and was able to loose the 20 pounds. I was breastfeeding the whole time and I must say it's really hard, the food part. You must really want it!!!!

The Camp Transformation did just that- transformed my life. This is how:6 weeks ago I dedicated my life to a challenge in which I had to lose 5% body fat. I wasn't overweight but I definitely had fat to lose around my hips. I had this desire to feel strong, confident, and healthy. In those six weeks I learned how to be creative with my meals in order to keep them healthy. Even that term "healthy" can be deceiving. I really had to grow in knowledge to understand the how and why behind what I was eating. I had to watch the "pink-drink" social media craze from the sidelines and pack my pre made meals to family gatherings. I learned that my soul is way stronger than I give it credit for, my bladder is tinier than I thought, and Burpees and I will always have a love-hate relationship.I completed the challenge down 5.5% body fat and 14lbs. I started at 27.3% body fat. When I shared my news with one of my trainers I cried. It was not easy, but I actually did it. I DID IT! But what is most amazing about this journey are the intangibles left behind. My kids play "gym", eat asparagus guacamole like it's candy, and even get excited watching me challenge myself. My 6 year old tells me what I can and can't eat when we are out, which tells me she's learning too. I have more energy than I expected. I can push my body for a grueling hour at The Camp and still have energy to go home and take the kids on a bike ride, dance party in the living room to Kidz Bop, or play hide and seek behind my piles of clean laundry that are waiting to be folded. I completed a strict and grueling 6 week challenge! HOLY CRAP! I AM STRONG. And I'm not talking about muscle strong. It is a strength and discipline that is deep within me that was forced to come alive.Thank you to everyone who supported my journey, to my family and friends who would turn sideways when eating next to me, (you didn't have to but I noticed 😘), to everyone having to read my attempt at entertaining daily check-ins online, and to my Camp family who pushed me, challenged me and died next to me every time "5" really meant "8" more seconds. I feel amazing. I'm glad I had to check-in on social media along my journey. I am not "blessed" skinny, I'm not "starving" skinny, I am disciplined strong. Now, when you see me in public you can high five me for my hard work. You've seen the proof of it. You've been on my journey with me. I hope my experience can motivate others to challenge themselves. The emotional changes you achieve areimmeasurable. "They run and not grow weary." Isaiah 40:31.

Personally I had trouble trying to stick with any workout program or healthy meal plan on my own before joining. There are challenges you can enroll in or be a monthly member to enjoy the workouts and nutrition advice/guidance/or meal plans (depending on your commitment: I.E. Challanger or member). The staff here is committed, caring, and knoweledgeable to every ones success to live a healthy lifestyle with their guidance.Warning/blessing: This is more than a place to workout. It is an extremely addictive environment that transforms your lifestyle, body and mind. Filled with encouraging and friendly people.

I do not even know where to start. Just six weeks ago I was a whole different person physically and mentally. Physically because I was growing out of my clothes instead of fitting into my old clothes put away in back of my closet. Mentally because I didn't know how to eat healthy I wasn't healthy but WOW did I learn and accomplish so much in just six weeks. I am not going to lie first week at The Camp I thought to myself "omg whata heck did I get myself into" thought to myself "this is only the first week no way am I going to make it through this challenge" but I love this place I love the motivation the positive vibe from every one as soon as you walk in through those doors from front desk staff to all the members working as hard as you to as well accomplish something positive to especially the trainers! And Dang do they know how to not give us an easy day but I thank them for it because of all their encouragement hard workouts and pushing us through out the whole challenge i can proudly say I lost 20.2lbs!! Met great people whom as well were awesome help that we bacame a team he pushed me,she pushed him,I pushed her we all became "swolemates" 😆😁 And it feels great to know that I did Do it I did not give up even when I felt like doing so! thanks to them. I now feel healthier, fit, stronger and a whole new person that I love! 💪 This was just my amazing head start I still have more work to do but I am very glad I joined the movement! The Camp Movement!👊

I went into this challenge sick of where I was. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired with myself and my health. I was obese by my BMI readings, but never to anyone else, however I was not happy. I hated how clothes I bought were too tight and how I hated getting undressed, because then I couldn't hide what I felt made me fat. I went to the six week orientation on a whim, and I held my spot that night. I wasn't able to start until a challenge after I wanted to. .but that didn't stop me from fighting. I fought for myself, for my health and self esteem. I fought for my fiancé, because I want to look gorgeous on my wedding day next year and even better for the honeymoon. I fought because I knew I needed too, and I fought for othersale to show them it was worth it. The training team at Camp Hemet is incredible! They push you until you think you'll break, but then the most amazing thing happens - YOU DON'T. You suddenly realize, I CAN DO THIS. I made it through my first challenge with 5.2 lbs to lose my final week, I was nervous; but I fought harder, pushed harder, and doubled up whenever I could. I lost 24.6 LBS on my first challenge!! I can't wait to see where this support group and awesome program takes me in another six weeks! I'm under 200lbs for the first time in 5 years...and it feel AMAZING to be comfortable in my own skin! Thank you AFF!!!

I've been having trouble losing weight for quite some time and done countless diets which would work at first but, i would eventually gain back the weight and eventually gave up on any hope of losing weight. Then my family told me of the challenge that would change my life for the better. At first I was I wasn't up for it, unit I stepped on the scale and reality hit hard. That's when I realized I needed to start the challenge and beyond happy that I did because now I'm down 26.4 pounds and ready for the second challenge. Thanks to all the trainers that pushed me to doing more than I thought I could do.

I started The Camp Transformation Center in Hemet in April of 2016. I have to say it was one of the best decisions that I have made. I did 2 of the 20lbs in 42 day challenges with a total weight loss of 43lbs. The staff and trainers at The Camp transformation center are there to help and encourage you during the whole process. The staff and trainers take in interest in each of the members at The Camp. They want each and every person there to succeed in reaching their goal. If you are looking for a place that really cares about your progression and journey this is the place to come. I have enjoyed the experience of The Transformation Camp that I have now become a member. Don’t wait or hesitate to take the chance and try The Transformation Camp you won’t regret it.

This was absolutely one of the best decisions of my life! It's called a challenge but they give you EVERY THING you need to be successful! On top of that, everybody the building is constantly cheering for you! The entire staff knows your name and you're placed into a network that will help you be successful. This is much more than a gym and so much more than I've ever gotten out of a personal trainer. When you join this gym, you are joining a family of thousands of cheerleaders, coaches, and friends who all have one mission in mind, to help you achieve your fitness goals. I cannot recommend The Camp enough and especially the Hemet branch. The is a special bunch of people and the vibe here is always positive! In a week, I was taken off of all my diabetic medications and haven't taken any since! Working out in the morning always uplifts me and energizes me got the rest of the day! Do yourself a favor and join the Camp, there is no way you can regret it!
