Could not recommend this gym enough for anyone trying out CrossFit for the first time or the experienced lifter. The owner Matt really knows his stuff and is passionate about helping people meet their goals. Such a fun family community who push you harder to reach your goals.

First off let me start by saying I would recommend the Foundations class to anyone who is trying crossfit. I am an active lifter and I workout 5 days a week and I still learned stuff in this class. Some of the little critiques will allow you to get more power into some of the movements. Tim, team, and other members are very welcoming and make you feel right at home from day one. The environment is very motivating and the workouts are challenging to say the least. I use to say "I would never do Crossfit", but went back on my word and tried it and I am glad I did. Love this place!!!!

This is the best cross fit gym in the high desert. Like everyone I was scared to go, but once I did I realized there was nothing to be afraid of. Is it a tough workout Yes but if you stick to it it’s not as hard as you think. The most important part of Cross Fit N2O is the people, so welcoming, friendly, and motivating. I have met some great friends here. Starting with foundations Coach Tim was patient and motivating. If your looking for a cross fit gym you will love this one 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

This is absolutely my most favorite place in the whole world. I used to have a tough time time exercising regularly until I found a gym that feels more like a big family gathering than a place of hard work and sweat. But here's the key: it's all those things.

I have been really wanting to get in shape again and the normal stand around the gym thing and look into the mirrors while lifting was not going to cut it. I wanted to look into CrossFit but heard some amazing and bad things about the intensity level. I am so out of shape its sad but I didn’t want to get hurt while training out of my limits. I have to say working with the owner Jacob Mefford he was amazing and very patient with my limitations. I love the fact there are no mirrors and they just want to help you get healthy! It’s truly a different experience and feels more like a family or community of people with the same goal! People I have never met were encouraging me while I ran and worked out which blew me away. If you want to get healthy and in shape while having fun with great people then check this place out. I am just pissed I didn’t start training with them years ago!
