I have been going to this bootcamp for a few weeks now, it is absolutely amazing. The coaches are amazing as well. They never once make you feel uncomfortable. I was scared that I was going to feel out of place and embarrassed. It's the complete opposite. I love it. They push you to be the best you that you can be. I highly recommend the bootcamp. Also their shakes are amazing.

If you want to be supported,challenged and get a great work out ,this is the place to be. I am canceling my gym membership.I have been going to the gym ,have had a one on one personal trainer,but since I have been attending the boot camps here nothing has compared.My husband is very fit and built. I enjoy going to the gym with him, but weight training is not my favorite.Here they change it up daily. My husband told me ,he was so happy to see me happy ,I finally found a place that I enjoy working out at .I truly enjoy it and actually look forward to going.I actually feel guilty and bummed when I have to miss. That has never happened before. All the Coaches are very knowledgeable and extremely supportive. If you want to get it done right,give them a try.You will not be disappointed.Thank you Coach Bridgette and Coach Sylvia (Aka Flaca j for the awesome classes and support....
