Orange Theory is an awesome gym with fulltime training by instructor. It is specially beneficial for the people like me who cannot push himself while doing exercise alone.

Update:Marybeth the manager called me and she was amazing, and assured me that wouldn’t happen again especially if sick. Other than that experience, OTF is awesome..................During my class the instructor said if we can’t call within 8 hours to cancel make sure to call as soon as possible to cancel and explain what is going on and they won’t charge a cancellation fee. Well, I’ve been sick for the last week, thinking I would be better by the morning, so I didn’t cancel my class the night before. I called 3 hours before my class and the girl who answered was rude and condescending. I explained to her that I was sick and am still sneezing, and thought I would have stopped by now since it’s been a week. You think with COVID she would have been more understanding. She also said this is the only time she will allow this to happen and any other cancellations after the 8 hours will not be honored (not that i will cancel any other time, I’m literally just sick). I guess next time I’m sick I won’t cancel my class and spread the virus. Jeeeeeeez. I love OTF and the trainers, but this girl at the front desk, Bryn (I think she said her name) is bad vibes.

The most efficiently spend 1 hour of the day is at OTF. Good trainers and variety of workouts. Booking classes is a breeze with the app. All the training stats can also be tracked through app. Friendly staff and trainers.

Staff are very passionate and friendly about what they do. The workouts are great and Taylor is really great about pushing you to do more within your capacities, but it's very encouraging. Love OT!

This is one of my favorite gyms! My brother and I brought our parents when they visited from Germany — they now buy passes to workout whenever they’re in town!

A great to have a variety of workouts everyday for everybody according to their needs. Initially a few could find it difficult, but once you're used to it, you wouldn't want to skip even a day. And if you don't want to come daily, no worries! They have different memberships too, fit for your schdule. You get a personalized attention from the coaches who are super friendly. If you have back or shoulder issues, they give you alternatives, just let them know. The workout isn't monotonous, you have different exercises everyday. It's a big big things up to orange theory of you looking for a place to achieve your fitness goals. 😊😊
