This was my first OTF workout and I loved it! It was a fun class that pushed me to do MY best and I felt so great afterwards that I signed up for a membership. I looking forward to seeing results.

The only decisions I have to make are showing up and giving my all.. love that it’s always different, inclusive to all ages, races genders and body types and always kicks my but. Coaches are fantastic and staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Orange Theory allows me to push myself harder than I do when I workout on my own, and because of that, I'm seeing better results in a quicker period of time. Not to mention, the workouts are actually fun, and the trainers are greater motivators!

I am obsessed with you guys! I love OTF so much. It’s hard work, but it is different every single day. The staff and coaches are amazing. The whole OTF community is so supportive and regardless of your fitness level, they will always cheer you on. I can’t imagine being part of a gym that is not OTF. Keep burning, as they say!

Orange Theory has been a life changer for my wife and I. We are able to keep up with our kids. Every time I move it's easier because of the strength I've gained. I have a more positive attitude and we just feel great. My annual health assessment has improved. We love our coaches and the personal jabs they give us. Only thing I would ask to improve on is music selection... honestly rap and R&B just doesn't fit the rhythm needed to maintain enthusiasm during a workout. I recommend rock, BPM, steady beat with clean lyrics.OTF has been like no other gym I've ever signed up for... I actually enjoy it and I've stuck to it. OTF has made us feel like family, in fact we often define OTF as Orange Theory Family
