Hands down the best gym to train BJJ in South Florida. Facility is nice, bright, and clean. Carlos and all the instructors are phenomenal teachers and take time to work with each individual student. The people are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to be polite and prevent injuries. No meathead mentality and no intimidation. Very laid-back atmosphere, no silly traditions or enforced hierarchy.I've observed the kids' classes as well and they are well-run and the kids have fun and learn in a safe environment. My little guy will be joining once he's old enough!
