Post ventral hernia repair surgery my core muscle didn't contract properly.I had developed a weak belly and the feeling my muscles couldn't contain my organs like they used to do. It was very uncomfortable. I found this place looking to have guidance on rehabilitating those muscles and avoid making mistakes.Kerry is so knowledgeable, experienced, and I feel great after each session with her. The spends time explaining and cueing the exercises. She even takes her time to satisfy my curiosity and goes over and beyond to give the best quality service tailored to my needs.I would recommend to anyone with chronic or acute aches and pains to try working with Kerry BEFORE undergoing surgery. I wish I had tried this before I had surgery.

I spend this past summer in Miami FL and had the privilege to take private lessons with Patti Kreiner at Archer Pilates Studio and loved every minute of it, She introduced me to the amazing MOTR machine and ever since I tried it I fell in love with it!! I am a Pilates Certified Instructor in San Diego CA and ever since I got back home I have been giving classes with the MOTR frequently and my clients are so happy with it….they now get to class and ask me to use it. It is such an original piece of equipment and the best is that you can do a full body workout, elevate the heart rate and feel so satisfied at the end of class!!!!!!

I was only in the Ft Lauderdale area for a couple of months and wanted to take some Pilates classes so I did some research and found Patti Kreiner here. Wow, I'm so grateful I did!! I learned a great deal in that short amount of time and the work we did together will really shape my workouts in the future. Knowing that I was only there for a short amount of time and that I travel a lot, she made these perfect classes for me to teach me exercises and show me tools I could use at home. I would recommend classes with Patti to anyone. I think she has a real talent for assessing what different people need and then showing how to do the exercises in a way that makes it all click. Even my simple bridge got much better after just one class. Will be looking for ways to make it back down here for more classes....

Archer Pilates Studio is an outstanding Pilates studio in Hollywood, Florida. Kerry Siman-Tov is a superb teacher, and her background as a licensed physical therapist is invaluable. She has a refined sense of the body and she is a very clear instructor who respects the abilities of her students and provides constructive, safe training. She also has a great personality! The studio is well located, beautiful, and well equipped.
