Club Pilates

I’ve been coming for about two years now. I love the studio and the instructors are awesome. Shout outs to Olga, Keva, Erin and Doreen - they’re all amazing, attentive, and make you want to come back.

I will say classes are great, specifically Doreen, Keva & Paula. However, their class booking policy is absurd. Members book weeks in advance, you'll often be wait listed and will not know if your in the class until the last minute. If you cancel a class within 12 hours of the scheduling time, you lose the class even if there's people on the wait list that take your slot. What I find most bothersome is, if you have an 8 class package per month- they will not let you book your classes until your credit card is charged for the following month. The problem with this, is that by the time your CC is charged, all the classes are booked and you won't be able to get in. Keep in mind, that you are already under contract and they have your credit card on file, no reason why you shouldn't be able to book in advance. This sort of forces you to get their more expensive unlimited class membership. Also, when you call to make inquiries they are rude, cut you off and just repeat the same thing as if you're calling an overseas call center. Such a shame, because as previously said classes are great. I guess you cant ask for everything.

I love this studio I try to come about 4 times a week and the instructors are so fun and motivating! I love that they teach you about Pilates and give you a great workout at the same time.

All the instructors are just the absolute BEST! The staff is great and super attentive. Completely addictive!

If you are looking for stretching and not strong fitness, this is the place. The community is mainly Spanish.

Speakers have been broken six months. It’s impossible to book (always book 2 weeks in advance) and while other studios let you book up up to 12 sessions when this studio maxs at 9.The final straw was me being robbed over the weekend and all my future bookings were cancelled with no warning because I had to freeze my cards. I’ve been an unlimited pass member for 8 months, so do the math (I’m over 2k in at this point).Pick a studio where you are more than an invoice because life happens to us all.And no, I did not receive all my bookings back because of “the system”.
