If you think you’re getting a good workout at your current gym I invite you to come and try a class here. You will feel like you’ve been doing nothing before! These are the most intense and effective workouts I’ve ever done and I have been working out for years! The instructors are very experienced and their energy is amazing! They will be on top of your form and will encourage you to train harder and heavier every time which means you will see improvement and change really quickly. I recommend the class with Chris at 6:15 or 7:15 am she has the best energy and will keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more!

I was staying at the Diplomat for a conference, in town from Montreal, Canada. Dropped in for a day and it was a nice gym with an accommodating owner.

Absolutely LOVE this gym. So thankful I found out about it. Milly is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with - so patient, kind, motivating, and informative. The other trainers I’ve met in passing have all been extremely nice and passionate as well. I only wish they had the 4:30pm classes on more days throughout the week!

Awesome place! Was here for only a couple hours, but Dean (the owner), was the one answering my questions over the phone and was generous enough to extend a military discount! Open early, I got to stay as long as I wanted, jumped in a fun HIIT class, and had a great time.

6:30am HITT workout class did not disappoint! Stayed at the Diplomat Beach Resort and they offered group workouts at CFT. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great time at this gym!! We were snowbirds from Canada and we were so happy to find this gym that is very close to our hotel.

I had a great time at this gym!! We were snowbirds from Canada and we were so happy to find this gym that is very close to our hotel. Everyone's so nice and warm, especially the trainers Milly (my fave), Bryan and Devin. The owner Dean was also very accommodating and nice. I highly recommend if you are staying around Hollywood/Hallandale beach area to come to this gym. You will enjoy all the workouts !!

I had the pleasure of working out with the folks at CFT while staying at the Diplomat. The highlight of my time here! The workouts are excellent and challenging; worth your time to get up and go before a beach day. The atmosphere and people are welcoming and fun. I left encouraged and stronger each workout.
