Flaco's Community Gym

Its a no for me. Decided to try a class out with a friend. During a pandemic, the priority should be your customers. I am prone to heat strokes and I forgot to bring my own water. I went to the back and the lady Maria is incredibly rude. Caring more about a $1 than someone who just said she felt she was about to faint. I literally had ringing in my ears. Disrespectful as hell. Its a great work out and I felt amazing afterwards but the experience with her just completely ruined it.Edit reply: The ringing in my ears was not from the music, it was from heat exhaustion. Completely two different things. As for the water, I was going to pay after the next break because I already missed a good portion of the class because of the mishap. Which i did, i return back to the desk, stated that I would like another water and she can charge me now for both. Instead she was going to charge me $5 because its minimum purchase and not return cash back. I ended up arguing with her because she was about to over charge me for $2 water. Like really? How hard is it to give cash back, over water!! I am not walking out of a place over damn $1 water but the professionalism and carelessness is ridiculous. As for the atmosphere, I enjoyed boxing and learning the stances but the experience with rude people specifically the front attendant ruined it for me and I am glad I learn that the first day then coming back wasting my money.

Both of my kids attend this gym one of my kids have been here for at least a year he absolutely enjoys it and keep some active teach yourself discipline among other things everyone here gets along, helping each other to stay motivated and to keep going, the coach has a street yet professional manner which is what I truly love cuz my kids will get both sides

I have been a member here for years. Not only have I found my outlet, I have found my second family. The atmosphere is perfect to get that hard core sweat on!!!! Highly recommended. Trainers are incredible. Great workout every time!!!

Flaco's Community Gym is the best boxing gym in the South Florida area with great instructors and challenging classes available throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a boxing gym or a new workout routine to give them a try.

Wow so much to say. Flacos has been life changing for me. Joined 2 years ago and would t change it for the world. FLACO provides a fun but challenging workout. He consistently changes up the workouts so they don’t get repetitive then adds his boxing talent. The boxing is really what I fell in love with. It wasn’t easy at first but with staying consistent my endurance on the bag had improved and my body has changed. It’s a true full body workout. Mind body and soul.
