A great place to learn and grow! Fantastic family friendly facility with excellent activities and staff

UNACCEPTABLE! They refused yes refused to help me after being hospitalized for months and having surgeries! They charged me first for emergency travel to Europe. Then being hospitalized! So money hungry! Extremely disturbing! Going to pursue Corp level resolve since supposed Corp Membership Alex would not resolve infact he would not even call me! VERY disrespected!

Brandon's enrollment policies are fraudulent. Be careful ...hear between your ears real good...he saids something else later after they take your money and you're screwed with 2 month obligation...could of been gas money..ughhhhhhhh

It's nice! Would be nice to use rooms that are empty when the classes are not in session. Courts are amazing and running track

Nice facility. I attended an amazing yoga class with Loni and can't wait to go back to use the steam room.

The weights bench bars and the bars on the quaud mahine have rust on them. The bars that are used for exercise on these machines are rusty. The machines need to be oiled so they glide smoothly and not squeak or you have to use force to adjust them. One machine has had out of order for a month now. One machine was broken and out of order sign was put on 3 days later. Today sign gone but mahine was not fixed. I seen what the simple solution was to fix it but apparently the staff did not look at it. I worked out on several machines today and seen used wipes left behind. The hour I was there I did not see a staff member walk thru once. I did see the tapping of the YMCA. They did not show the area that I spoke of. If they did it wasn't close enought to see rusty bars. Even sanded...why not recoat them? First wipe sanding dust off. I have had that rust on my hands many tmes just adusting equipent. I think machine activity should be monitired. There are sevearal people that sit on machines and not working out. They are on their phones with social media.

This place offers a variety of services.I take advantage of the pilates classes and preschool/summer camp.The pilates instructors are prepared, aswell as engaged and truly care;my 2 y and 4 y are very happy, and love their teachers, and I am confident they are taken care of, respected and learn having fun. They often ask to go to preschool also on the weekends, and they miss their teachers.They just redid the pool, and it is brand new, but I didn't have the chance to use it personally. My children do swim class there during their preschool schedule, and during summer camp.Some things could be improved, the structure is old, the playground is rotten and dangerous in some areas, the gym is old and dusty. It isn't a "fancy place " but still I am grateful we have it in Hollywood, and they offer well needed services for our community!

Great ymca location. It is pretty old. But with many things to do. Pool area. Gym. And many group classes (spinning, yoga, step up, zomba, and more)

I can say my son has learned a lot with the basketball. But most of the coaches have their children playing on their team and give very little opportunity to the rest of the kids to play in the games. I even received text messages from a coach trying to cancel a game because the star player couldn’t attend the game. I pay money so my son could play with a team. Unfortunately it’s not like that at all. There is no equality between the kids at all and that I do not like. They need to fix this and not have father son on the same teams to avoid this
