The first session was a real workout but at the same time I felt like I wasn’t being pushed too hard to where I was comfortable enough to keep going. The trainer was very positive and helpful and I felt like I learned a lot about my body’s needs. Definitely ready to go back!

Just had my first session with OC today. He’s a phenomenal PT, he takes into account prior injuries, really helps you work towards your goals, and has a great attitude to help you through rough workouts. Definitely recommend!

I've been looking for a trainer that has patience and is dedicated to their craft, then I found Onyx Fitness Training & Wellness. My goal initially was to lose weight. However, there was so much more offered.The vast knowledge of fitness, wellness and dietary needs were impressive. I have an neck injury, but my trainer was able make necessary adjustments. What can I possibly say! This #sheisover50 woman has found her Gym and Trainer all in one. Today was my first time at Onyx training with O.C. I was looking for customization...got it. I was looking for experience...got it. I was looking for location...got it. I was looking for someone that understands I want my body to remain in its healthiest form not to get to a size 8..I got it. I actually believe that I will reduce my body fat and gain muscle not just lose weight. You should get you one of these!

My first session with Dr. O.C. was great! I am having a lot of lower back pain and he was able to guide me on what exercises to do and guided me through each exercise. I will definitely be continuing with him. Love this gym and personal trainer so far!

I received a free initial session with Dr. O.C. and it was great. I was looking to get away from LA fitness to a more boutique style gym and this place was perfect. Our first session focused on legs and it was just what I needed coming from being away from the gym for a week. It wasn’t too hard but it was just enough to challenge me and make me break a sweat. O.C seemed very experienced as a personal trainer/coach and I am starting my official session tomorrow!

I was very nervous with finding a a new personal trainer since I had one back in college but once I graduated I couldn’t train anymore with that person. I didn’t think I could find another trainer that would fit my needs but I hit the jackpot with OC. He reminds me so much of my other trainer that I loved, and their style of training is similar which is important to me. I also wanted a trainer who had a small gym instead of going to a normal big gym. This place feels comfortable and a safe space to better myself. I highly recommend training here/ with OC. Im excited to see how far OC can push me and see the results! 💪🏻

HANDS DOWN! THE BEST WELLNESS PROGRAM EVER!! I am getting back into fitness training after YEARS of not having a disciplined workout routine. O.C. trained me over 15 years ago -- We got back into training and it was like no time has been lost!
