I drove past this gym for about 6 months but never called, but one day I made up in my mind that I needed a change, it was time. From the first conversation with Ralph I knew this is where I needed to be.( I wish I would have called 6 months ago) Our first meeting was amazing!!! He looks at your weak areas and will focus there first, and you will work up from there!!!! He is the best trainer I know. I love the one 2 one sessions and the gym itself is very clean. He is always concerned about how your doing throughout your workout and will always ask how your feeling. His workouts are intense but very rewarding…I highly recommend!!!

Ralph is the first personal trainer I’ve ever had that’s actually been able to help me achieve results. He’s highly knowledgeable about the human body and everything that it takes to make it grow and perform in its optimal state. Whenever you’re in his gym, he’s super motivating, incredibly professional and also a joy to be around. I couldn’t recommend working out with Ralph more. He’s an amazing person and an even better personal trainer.
