This is a such beautiful studio. Classes are great and very beginner friendly. It's nice to find a space that is more focused into the meditative aspect of yoga and not solely the workout. They also have Zumba, So you can get your dance 💃 fix in! Rosie, the owner, is lovely. I highly recommend it. They have a new student special $57 for your first month unlimited. It's a no brainer, come check it out.

Shazias Friday evening yin candlelight yoga class is the BEST, such great way to end the work week❤️ expect long deep stretches, flickering candles all around, beautiful music. She offers plenty of pose options for different levels, she reads beautiful poetry and uplifting quotes, her music sets the perfect tone for a zen and rejuvenating vibe. A class to reinvigorate the body and mind✨The studio is inviting, clean, and equipped with everything you need from bolsters, blocks, to blankets. A+++
