THEY LIE! IF THEY DID IT TO ME, they’ll do it to you!I had been with them for over 2 years, yet they lied to me saying they can freeze my account while I was traveling.. but they didn’t. They still charged my account. When I complained about it nobody knew anything. Every time I would call there was no manager around and they said they would call back.. NEVER CALLED BACK! I called at least twice a week. Four months later, they called saying I was forgiven and didn’t have to pay the charges but I had to re-enroll into a yearly contract!A couple days later I get a letter in the mail from collections… They did not get rid of the charges and then they wanted to trick me into gong back to them. THEY LIE! Do not trust them. Every time I tried calling they said they would get to me and never called back, every time I asked to talk to a manager, there was no manager working.. TERRIBLE.

Insecurities? Gone. This is a non judgmental zone. Highly recommended Youfit alone for those purposes. Very spacious, always upgrading their equipment, Trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable at what they do, Maintenance is nonstop keeping the space clean and equipment sterilized. The whole staff is very supportive and kind. However, I am a bit biased of a certain front desk employee named Vishon. Very kind, friendly, and respectful young man. He was very patient and helpful during my transition from another youfit. Nothing but love to everyone on this Youfit Staff!

I was a guest at this gym and I enjoyed my workout but unfortunatly i came back to my car and someone got in and stole my bag with my walet, a ring, and airpods i lost almost 1000$ for choosing to go to this gym instead of the one in dania point. I made a police report and called a the gym to see if they had cameras that can help me but no help the plaza has no cameras and the gym no cameras facing the parking lot. This happened 04/21/2023 from 8pm to 9:30pm for the person that took my walet just know I had my bible in their hope the worst for you for not working for your money.

I joined this location almost 1/2 year ago now, and it’s been a positive experience overall. Jessie is an excellent PT, firm but kind and encouraging. Esther, Richard, Murielle, and Daniel, helped me out when I had a billing issue. Friendly team!

This place is absolutely amazing! The friendliest staff I have ever seen. Great management, amazing employees, and the best service ever! Especially Esther, Vishon, and Matt, those three are one of a kind. God bless their souls 🙏🙏. I come here every weekday and I am not disappointed at all by their service. Give these people a big raise immediately because they deserve it big time! ❤️❤️

I love training here at this YouFit! The staff are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially LOVE training with my coach Jesse! He rocks! He’s passionate in what he does and cares about my fitness journey. I admire his professionalism and his knowledge on nutrition and physical health. Overall, he makes working out fun! I’m happy that I’m part of the YouFit Hollywood family and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Asked the person that signed me up if I would be able to cancel my membership after 1-2 months as I would be moving away. They advised that I could. Later on when canceling I was advised that I was still going to be charged a yearly fee, which is like $100+ dollars or something if I remember correctly. I canceled the card on file to avoid the charge and they sent me to collections. The collections advises that I owe $180 even though i closed my account.Would not recommend this gym to a friend and would not consider using their services in the future.
