Jimmy at Bama Gym is a great coach and teacher! He has a wealth of knowledge and is a student of the game! If you want great training, expert knowledge and feel like you are part of a strong community ( think old school Italian family) go check them out!

I’ve known Coach Jimmy for many years and he knows how to bring out the best in people. I’m north of 50 with to many Orthopaedic surgeries to list but training at Bama Gym aka Birmingham Boxing and Martial Arts keeps me feeling young and active. If you wanna have fun and learn some pretty cool stuff come visit us. He doesn’t allow bullies or meat heads so no reason to be shy or intimidated just show up and I bet you’ll laugh and get in the best shape of your life.

Coach Jimmy is one of the greatest people I've had a chance to work with. In my little time in the martial arts, I'm glad that I'm learning the techniques under his instruction. Not only does he have the knowledge and skill, he is able to motivate his students to work hard and has a great eye for detail. He is by every definition a great coach.
