CounterStrike Krav Maga

Nate Acton is an extremely knowledgeable and fantastic instructor that can break concepts down so they are easily understood. He cares about his students and their safety both in and outside of the class. The fact that he is the IKMF Director for the state of Alabama in itself shows the level that CSKM operates at.

I trained with Nate for several months a few years ago and learned so much from him. I'm still reviewing the moves in my mind even years later. He was very professional and informative. As a female, he was very tuned into the attacks that we encounter and was super helpful in helping me think through types of attacks. Thanks, Nate. I moved away for a while but now I'm back. I'm considering coming back so I can pick up my training. Better than a spa day anytime!!!!

If you're interested in Krav Maga, this is definitely the place to go. Nate is an amazing instructor that makes the classes fun and will have you wanting to come back for more.

While some places seem to offer Krav Maga as "fitness" this place offers it as actual self defense. Although, I assure you, it's a workout.I like that this is a family friendly environment and not an intimating instructor.

Great place to learn self defense. I've been to a few gym and training centers in the area, but this is by far the best! Nate is a really good guy and it's easy to learn from him.

I love that the techniques are practical and you don't have to be an athlete to be successful at defending yourself. Great for all ages regardless of size and strength.

I had an awesome training experience during my time here from instructor Nate Acton in Krav Maga! I learned quite a lot in a short amount of time.Nate will guide you through various drills, techniques, and help you understand the human psychology for the situation you are in, what the attacker may be thinking, how to stay safe, and most importantly stay alive.
