I absolutely love this place! I just finished another challenge with ITF and love seeing all the progress made! So much stronger (and smaller!) now, than when I joined in the summer! Love the trainers, love the other members, love the atmosphere, and I really can't explain how much I love what they do for people here! They want you to thrive here, they push you to do your best, and everyone who works there really put their all into everything they do.

I participated in the 6 week challenge at Iron Tribe 150 and it was an incredible experience. The coaches there took time to teach you the curriculum, meal plan and moves all while providing a challenging workout and encouraging environment. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism each coach shows and how polite and helpful they are. The atmosphere cultivated at Iron Tribe 150 is amazing, so many friendly attendees. 5/5 would recommend anyone join up.
