This location has the best staff and the equipment is always clean. I go three to five days a week at lunch and never have any problems finding the equipment I need to use.

The way their night crew staff treats people is terrible and unprofessional... the only way it got better was when I submitted a bad review to then personally. I am very glad that their staff now treats people with respect and that they are nice. Their facility is very new and nice.

I love the environment! Everyone is so friendly when you walk through the door! It might sound crazy, but even that little bit of positivity before a run on the treadmill can help make my workout better!

Location and ease of access are a plus for me. The space at this location is nice and spacious and peak hours are not over crowded. The women at this location are much more friendly than the men bc they actually say hi and speak to you. And the hot water is lacking for showers.

I LOVE the price point because it's actually affordable and I don't feel like I miss out on much compared to a regular gym (a pool would be nice, but lord knows that's expensive so I'm fine without!). The facilities are always clean and there are always enough cardio machines available. I love that there's always lots of staff there so if I have an issue I don't have to spend a lot of time trying to track someone down, and I love that the hours are being expanded, especially as we go into the holiday season when folks will be busier during regular hours so now we can still get our workout in even if it's late in the day! I also love the little "no judgement" statements all around because they remind me that we're all in this together and trying to get healthier.
