I really love this gym! I've been going here the past few months that I've lived in Houston and am sad to be moving away. Everything is well taken care of and the people who work here are always kind and happy to help!

This place is absolutely fantastic and every single trainer is great. The classes leave you feeling both exhausted and strong with the mix of cardio and weight training.

This place is a scam. They will not let you get out of your contract. We cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic. They continued to charge our credit card even when we asked for them to stop multiple times. The manager, Todd Burnell, is running a scam. Be very careful. The place was also not well maintained. Communication is atrocious. There are far better gyms.

Was in Houston for a wedding and was staying downtown. This gym has a partnership for guests of the Lancaster so I thought I would give it a shot. All I have to say is wow! Greeted at the door, concierge like service, equipment was quality and well maintained. Locker room was country club style with everything you need. Overall great experience and great people.

WARNING: Poor membership cancellation policy. After moving out of the state I forgot to cancel my membership. I was told that I have to send a note via certified mail and pay for another 30 days of membership. Yes (I repeat) a postal type meant for serving people legal papers. Worst of all I'm not some trial freeloader - I've been a member of the gym for nearly a year.Aside from this I’d give the gym 2-3 stars. $100/month for membership and a locker is a little steep when the classes are subpar. The gym is quite small if you are interested in using weights around peak hours. There always seemed to be plenty of cardio equipment but the machines are a little dated (maybe 4 years old). The clientele are older and really have no idea how to workout so that can be good or bad. If you want a social workout experience you’re better off trying out the RYDE facility next door. I can say this gym is far from luxury but it was always kept clean both in the gym and locker room.

I just love the locker room and amenities here! I can get fully ready for work after a workout, no problem! I also love the hangout section off of the locker room to just have coffee and watch TV on the couch. They have all the equipment I need and it's extremely convenient for me to go on my lunch break or before/after work.

Very nice upscale gym. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights heavy enough for serious fitness enthusiasts. Airy, friendly atmosphere. Locker rooms with all the amenities you'd expect. Very friendly and professional staff!

Solid gym in downtown Houston at the Pennzoil. Not too crowded in the morning which can be a major problem with gyms that are located in a corporate area or play to a predominantly corporate audience. The locker rooms are pretty nice and they offer laundry service for an extra $5. The laundry service is not wash and fold, you just put your stuff in a mesh bag and then the bag is returned to you washed. Overall a great gym and a good deal for $75 a month. Only downside is the gym is closed on weekends, but considering the crowd they play to this should be expected.

I've been coming here for about 6 weeks and I can tell you that this place has been amazing. If you're coming from another gym, like 24 HR, you'll be impressed with the amenities!! Very clean gym, never too crowded (like other downtown locations) and good quality equipment. Locker rooms and showers are exceptional. The price is a little higher than average, but you get what you pay for. Friendly staff and good selection of group exercises (if you're into that).
