Alliance is awesome!!! I'm 20 Lbs down from August, when I started and I've made it down to about 10% body fat. I've learned an incredible amount since starting and am much more comfortable and confident on the mats. Best decision I've made for myself in quite a while.

If you're looking for the best BJJ team and training then look no further.. Ive trained here for 9 months, and from second one entering this gym i was welcomed. Professor Danny, Professor Calvin, professor Caio all and all the coaches are top notch and the best at what they do. Thanks y'all.

My 4 yr old grandson started going to the 3/4 yr class 3 weeks now. Coach Russ is very patient with the very young students on showing them a technique along with coordination with fun activities. They allow you to try a free class which is a great idea. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

I joined 5 months ago and my only regret is not having joined earlier. Great group of people, from the white belts all the way to the professors. Everybody is there to help make everyone else a better person, both on and off the mats. If you are on the fence about joining, then take the leap and give it a try. Stop listening to that inner voice telling you that you can't, and let this place show you that you can. You won't regret it

This place is amazing. They run a great program. If you come here with the right mindset, anything is possible. The schedule is fantastic, and I absolutely look forward to every class. It only took one class for we to get hooked.I originally signed up for the 6 week challenge.I met my goal of losing 20lbs in 6 weeks and now I'm staying because it's pure fun. Seriously recommend everyone to at least try it out. 🤙🤙🤙 Come and roll

Alliance BJJ is an incredible place to train. Rather it be for competition or just learning something new and challenging yourself.Getting in amazing shape just comes with the package! Everyone is very humble and welcoming. This makes it great for all levels! The actual facility is well put together and super clean! I completely recommend this gym for people of all ages!

The staff and participants of Alliance BJJ couldn't have been more helpful and kind. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Great place to train! even better that they have free open mat for friends who train at other schools. Danny and Carrie are always friendly and wonderful.They make you feel at home.

I absolutely love coming here. My husband and I started coming in the beginning of March and I’ve never enjoyed anything so much. Everyone I’ve met so far are wonderful, helpful and patient. Danny and Carrie are really awesome people and run everything professionally.

I was in town for a few days and looking for a place to grapple. As a woman in her 50s, that can be kind of scary. But this was a wonderful friendly school with great instruction. Highly recommended!
