They dont explain anything to customers... yeah you pay $1 to start the membership and $15 every month but they don't explain anything about a $60 maintenence fee ... the manager Erica is super rude to her employees ... so terrible... poor communication poor professionalism.

Hands down one of the better fitness centers in Houston. The staff are excellent and always disinfecting the equipment. Highly recommended.

I joined in December before they opened. So far, I’ve never had a bad experience. Super friendly staff & it’s always clean. They’re taking great precautions bc of covid as well.

Bad place to go workout. Poor service overall. They say everything is on the “contract” but yet leave out fees they charge like to cancel your membership and so on. Would not recommend to go here.

What’s strange to me is that they have different prices for the cancellation They also promised me an instructor, which never arrived, they gave me two appointments and they told me that the instructor would call me but that never happened and that's why I canceled

Went online looking for info if I could take my 14 yr old to workout w me. Policy states must be 18 to have a membership but a 14 yr old may go as guest w parental consent. They would not allow it and manager never there and never get a call back😡you guys need to update policies if they arent correct.. I will be informing BBB TY …

So the place is nice but they don’t have curl bars for preachers curls. I told the manager and he was not very nice about it. He wanted me to pack loaded bars across the gym(not smart).Please get individual curl bars for preachers curls.

I’ve been working out here for like 2 months and all I can say it’s , this gym is very clean . I’ve been at other gym and it was a really bad experience but this gym is awesome . It’s small yes but it has everything what you need and the employees here are very respectful and kind I love this place. Very competitive with the market

Great place to workout! The staff are always wiping down the equipment and making sure masks are being worn. The assistant Manager Erica is very professional and down to earth. The other staff members are nice and welcoming!
