I enjoy the commerce street gym but because of an accident I had that injured my back the equipment is to hard on my back. I need equipment now that you don't have to load the weights onto but I enjoyed the ability to come at anytime I wanted.

I am updating my review.This is a great place. It feels friendly. Never crowded. People clean the equipment and re-rack the weights.You enter with a code, so it's safe even late at night.Trainers are knowledgeable and they push you without being Jenks.You can cast your music to the speakers. I feel comfortable going there and that is helping me reach my goals.

This is an awesome gym. Low key and you can always get a great workout in. Hours are flexible and the owner is very knowledgeable about equipment and personal training. Plus the gym is always spotless.

Stopped by this weekend to check out this gym. It may be a bit smaller then other gyms but it really does pack a punch, they pretty much have everything you need for a good workout and a bit more. Got to give it to the owner, super nice guy and I can see a lot of passion has gone into this gym!

This is a great place to work out. Owner is meticulous in maintaining the environment, as well as being very personable. If you are looking for a gym outside the realm of bigger chains, I'd highly recommend CSG.
