Awesome people, good atmosphere, and great coaches. There is a lot of team and group fitness activities. This makes working out fun. The trainers care and enjoy their job, they work very hard from morning until the last class at night.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge in order to slim down for my upcoming wedding. I was a little skeptical from past experiences but after talking with Coach Lisa and going over a plan in-depth, I was ready to rock! Well it’s 6 weeks later and I am down 30lbs!!! Definitely couldn’t have done it without Lisa’s guidance and patience in showing us the proper technique in various weight lifting exercises. I’m sure that can be frustrating dealing with a bunch of rookies, but she was awesome! Not only did we get training every Mon, Tues and Thurs, but also were able to join in other classes on Wed and Sat to help us achieve our goals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to jump start their fitness goals!

I can’t say enough positive things about this gym! The facility is huge. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The camaraderie among the members and coaches is unmatched. I used to dread working out, but now it’s my favorite part of the day. Do yourself a favor and try out EaDo Fitness!

A small gym with a lot of heart. Heavy lifting, loud music, and a great atmosphere to be your greatest.

I travel for work and drop in at a lot of different boxes. This one by far is my favorite!! Great coaches, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bonus they give you access to a 24/7 weightlifting room! If you are coming to Houston come to this box!

The place is huge, what is great and it has a lot of equipment, however...... Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review since one of the coaches seduced multiple girls at the gym and took advantage of them. He compliments insecure girls and than they fall into his trap. Women should be careful!

CrossFit Eado is the largest facility in all of Texas. They are staffed with great coaches, and they have equipment for any style of work out.
