Hands down, one of my best gym experiences in my 30-year fitness journey. I absolutely love weightlifting, but recently decided that I want to become more fit in terms of cardiovascular health and flexibility. However, I’ve always been intimidated by group classes, worried about not catching on, falling behind, and the social aspects of classes. I noticed Elle on my way home from work, read their story and decided to try a class. I’m so glad I did.The class itself was amazing with a mix weights and cardio in a complete whole-body workout. The owner (and today’s instructor), Linda was great about explaining the exercises and one-on-one coaching each of the women in the class. For me, there were many exercises that were new to me, and I felt comfortable to try and to ask for help.After class, I had an inspiring chat with Linda about her gym and fitness philosophy. I love how she is so dedicated to women’s fitness and inspiring women to be their best selves. Also, the other woman in the class were really friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.I’ll definitely be going back and making their group classes part of my regular fitness routine.

I joined Elle Fitness on my third trimester. I love that Linda and her team tailor some of the workouts to each person’s needs. After a few weeks I can feel the results, I feel stronger than before I was pregnant. I recommend it to any woman, pregnant or not, that’s looking to start her fitness journey.

Linda is so sweet and a fantastic instructor! She’s been great about demonstrating each individual workout, walking around and making sure your form is correct! Love that it’s an all girls space and that she offers classes for moms & babies and moms to be!

I am SORE- in ALL the amazing ways!!! What amazing workouts and classes Elle Fitness has to offer!! Also - the owner, Linda is such a positive and inspiring person who pushes you to your limits and helps you achieve your personal goal! She is such an inspiring woman and she makes you feel so powerful and capable to do all things! I highly recommend you taking one or 100 of her classes- you will not be disappointed!!!

After finding out I was pregnant, I immediately knew I needed to find a gym to help navigating my prenatal fitness journey. I'mSO thankful everyday that I found Elle Fitness! Joining Elle, it has truly transformed my prenatal fitness journey and has also been so helpful with the overall pregnancy journey. Linda and team are truly amazing. Linda is extremely knowledgeable with prenatal fitness and tailors the exercises depending on the trimester you are in. In her PT sessions, Linda will also work with you on target areas and make sure you are getting the best results to help support you and your baby. Even though my belly is bigger, I am feeling good and getting stronger every week. :)

I was looking for a prenatal specific gym or instructor to make sure any workouts I was doing were safe for baby and definitely found it here—Linda and the team at Elle are amazing. So knowledgeable in what is safe to do week by week, what I should be doing to prepare for delivery, and always tailoring workouts based on any issues I may be experiencing that day. The gym is clean, with great equipment, and it has also been a nice opportunity to meet other pregnant women and learn from their experiences! Linda also offers postpartum recovery training, so I am already planning ahead for that :D

I started at Elle Fitness when I was 6 months pregnant. It became a crucial part of my preparation for labor and regular care of my growing body and baby. Linda is knowledgeable and encouraging in all aspects of fitness, especially those concerning pregnancy. Her breath work also gave me confidence for safe and smooth labor. It made the experience feel like another round of exercise. Now she remains an essential part of my routine to transition postpartum. So grateful for this place and community!

This gym is by far the most comfortable and uplifting studio I have ever been apart of. Always clean, Always playing great music, and most def always a killer workout. Linda does the best job with making sure everybody feels welcome. I love her ambitious and empowering attitude. If you’re a lady in the Houston area looking for a new gym… this is the place to be.

I've been going to Elle fitness since May. It's a great gym for women. The gym is clean with great motivating trainers. The classes are small so the trainers are able to keep an eye on your form while working out. My strength has definitely improved. The owner Linda is great and truly cares about her clients. Ignore the trolls giving one star that don't even live in the same state and have never tried this gym.

I've been working out with Linda for a few months in the lead up to my delivery and I love it!! She truly cares about her clients and their health, and I feel so much stronger and more capable thanks to her!! Would highly recommend trying out her gym.
