Has everything you need for a great price. People and staff there are really cool. Everyone minds their own business and are respectful. Place is usually clean with an active cleaner there throughout the day.

I typically enjoy my workout, I'm very consistent and have serious goals,but sad to say ,this gym is always closed for one reason or another, so I will have to find another facility.

Idk what it is about this location, but ITS SO WARM. I’ve been to other locations and clearly there’s ac but then I go to the Almeda location, feels like the only breeze we get is from the big fan up top. Really feels like they keep the place at 80 degrees.

Disappointed with this location. It's been closed for at least a week now and they haven't posted any notifications on the app, as they have suggested they've done. Considering breaking my contract (even if I lose money) and going elsewhere. This is ridiculous!

Can’t find weights, dumbbells always missing, gym scale is a scam, takes weeks to fix a machine. Now y’all closed for over a week. Y’all might as well close the gym indefinitely. Found another gym without these cons.

I've been a member at Fitness Connection Almeda for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness centers I've ever experienced. One of the standout aspects of Fitness Connection is their fantastic General Manager, David. His dedication and passion for creating an exceptional fitness environment is truly commendable. David's leadership is evident in every aspect of the gym, and his commitment to member satisfaction is unparalleled. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every member feels valued and supported on their fitness journey.

It seems there is a trend that every month around these dates all the sudden power goes out. Last month September was 5th or so this month October 3rd . Let’s see what November brings . No notification until hours later.Equipment is always missing stack pins . Also crickets everywhere. Other clubs have more well maintained equipment , do better guys . You obviously have the clientele. Other than that friendly staff .

I’ve been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and its serves me well. It has a ‘womens only’ section which i love, but would love it way more if they didn’t allow male employees to go in there. Almost every time I go, there is a male employee that will simply just walk in and look around for like 5 minutes and I never see actually see them moving weights around or tidying up. I just feel like rules should apply to employees as well as members, to ensure that everyone feels 100% comfortable when they walk in to work out! Other than that it’s a pretty good gym although it does smell kind of funky from time to time.

I really like this place. People come here to exercise diligently and do not disturb each other. More space than 24h Fitness. More affordable than other places. They divide the gym areas very scientifically, this place is really big. place.

A little crowded but popular places have plenty of people in them. Did a fitness class. Felt great. Sauna afterwards hit the spot.
