Dear Manager of 24 Fitness Gym,I am writing to you today to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent behavior of your staff members. I have been a regular customer at your gym for several months now, and until recently, I have been very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. However, my experience has been severely tarnished by the rude and unprofessional behavior of some of your staff members.On [date], I was at the gym with my workout partner when we were approached by two of your staff members. They spoke to us in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner, using profanity and vulgar language. Not only was this behavior completely unacceptable, but it was also extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable for us as customers.Furthermore, these staff members then proceeded to kick us out of the gym, without any explanation or warning. We were left feeling confused and upset by the whole ordeal.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity by your staff members. It is unacceptable for them to use profanity and vulgar language, and it is even more unacceptable for them to kick us out of the gym for a silly reason like closing the closet with my legI urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff members are trained to provide a professional and respectful service to all customers.
