I love the friendly atmosphere. The therapy pool is good for my Arthritis. That is why I chose this center. Gladys( H2O Arthritis) and Anna( Fall Prevention)have been my instructors for a while. They keep us moving.I just started the "Advanced Balance" class with Jason and it seems like this will be a great class also. ( Fall Prevention class cancelled)The walking tract inside is also a feature I use. I recommend trying this center out.

Nice atmosphere and staff, lots of amenities. Good hands on training for therapist, sports medicine and personal trainers for the college student classes. My son is receiving aquatic therapy and they are awesome caring for him.

You have clean towels, a clean facility, staff always smiles, and you have options to exercise on your own.

I'm a alumni so it is nice to be back in the hood where I was 45 years ago and I found that my school has grown into a beautiful campus and it is now connected to the hospital grounds and a retirement midrise , all in a huge landscaped park like setting. To have this wonderful gym close to me is a big plus as it is for Sharpstown . Clean, safe, filled with light, and enough room so that there is little waiting at any time. I never worry about my vehicle in the parking lot. I wish the hours were longer on weekends though, and the holiday closings forced me to join another gym . The addition of new eateries now adds to the whole appeal . I do miss the little cafe that was inside the gym , that was very handy and it was healthy food . I've been a member since 2012 . I have been a member of many gyms for the past 30 years, and I highly recommend Bradshaw.

Good staff. Very clean. Equipment is updated and I never have to wait for a machine. When I joined they were owned by the hospital now HBU owns them. I am sure the quality will be the same.

The gym is not bad... it's the fact that they close on holidays and they close early on weekends. I understand closing for Christmas and Thanksgiving but not the other holidays, People do not have time due to their busy schedule soo they want to go to the gym but what happens??? They are close. Now I see why I see other people going to other gyms. Bad administation.

The best aquatic setup that I have ever seen. I would give it a 5 if the attendants were more attentive.
