HGA has sent a clear a message that girls are not worth investing in by canceling the girl's competitive teams. Absolutely disgusting

We had the best time today at my daughters 4th birthday party! HGA went above and beyond, everything was so easy, we just showed up and they took care of it all. They were super patient with our kids and the party could not have gone better. I really appreciated the service, the price, and how clean the facility was.

New owners are trash and cut women's/ girl's competitive team, but kept boys team and added a ninja warrior course. #trash

Best birthday party!! The staff were super helpful with getting everything set up! And helping serve food! I bring my son here for summer camp as well! I was really blown away how great the service was for a party!! Way better experience than I had at Urban Air!! The kids had a blast in the gym.

The worst parents night out possible. The chaperones were on their phones the whole time. They looked absolutely miserable. The kids mostly watch old cartoons and were very bored. I was wondering why a bunch of kids had pillows and blankets when I pulled up. I expect my kids to be actively entertained for the amount of money. There are way too many parents night out places for anyone to bring their kids here. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed about the camp. On first day they didn't give my daughter her lunch.Second day - she wouldn't let me go, she was crying non stop and that's not like her at all. We had experience with other day cares and camps and it never happened before. When I enrolled her, I asked about their aftercare, and I was told that they have classes going in the same gym, so camp kids are going to be in the corner of the gym at that time, still running and playing. However, when I came to pick her up, all the after-care camp kids were in the room watching a cartoon and my daughter was sleeping on chairs. It was heartbreaking to see that.Besides that, my daughter told me that ppl that are supposed to take care of them just don't seem to care. She said that they are not nice to kids. Well, I already knew it since they didn't make sure she got her lunch the first day.Of course, I had to cancel our booking. Update: it got a better second week. My daughter said she had a great day today!Update 2: We tried preschool gymnastics. Zero difference with camp - only more expensive. No discipline and no curriculum involved. Coaches are the same lazy teens. They did refund the money with the drop-out fee of $50.

This is the first year, 2021, that I have issue. Students are not registered online for summer camp. However, the web states that students are registered in person or online. My eight year old and I arrived to register. We were informed camp was full. No problem. Sadly, the Manager of the camp (believe her name was Misty) delivered the message with the empathy of hangman. We have attended camp in previous years, even 2020 when the world was supposed to end.

Great gym with great coaches who are knowledgeable and care about your child’s safety and success. My son started 2 years ago in the recreational classes with Coach Sergio. He is awesome and helped him tremendously with his technique. My son was able to make the Men’s Gymnastics Team with his help. I highly recommend Coach Sergio for classes and private lessons. My son now trains with Coach John and Coach Jose. Both coaches are amazing and are very knowledgeable. They truly care of the boy. HGA has been the best experience for my child.

Love, love, love the coaches. We moved across town and much nearer other gyms, but wouldn't consider leaving these coaches. I'm excited for the new facility to open! Our son loves it! Great experience being on the men's team.
