I’ve been going to this gym for a few months and have always loved it. It’s a smaller community gym so you don’t have a to see a thousand strangers a day. They have every machine you can possibly need. I enjoy the little “yoga” room where I can stretch and warm up before and the vending machines for when I forget a drink. Definitely recommend

Oak fitness is a gym I really truly enjoy. There’s unique pieces of equipment that I’ve never really seen at other gyms and absolutely love the fact that Wes is always trying to update the gym and really cares about the members and always takes into consideration ideas to make the gym even better. Love that it’s open 24/7 and super convenient. Atmosphere is amazing as well and would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new place!

The gym was quite exceptional. Always clean and kept nice. The equipment is the best you would find at other gyms all packed in this one. The gains I made from when I started Dec. 2022 to now has been exciting to say the least. The staff are super friendly and always try to lend a helping hand. I unfortunately I have to move for College reasons but will come back some time soon. From a novice to a pro body builder this is the gym for you.David

Serious gym for people who are there to workout. It’s clean and the equipment is kept in great working order. The reason I originally joined was because it’s open 24 hours. All the guys and gals than run the place are a pleasure!

Great place to work out with an awesome atmosphere. Wes is always there and willing to do anything to make sure everyone there has the best workout. Highly recommend.

I have been a member here since they originally opened in 2020 and am very happy with their helpful and friendly staff. The owner is always getting new equipment every few months and investing back into the business. I love the free yoga classes and nutrition guidance. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.

Best gym in Houston by far. Great variety in equipment and the staff makes you feel right at home! You truly can’t find another gym with an atmosphere as good as this one.
