The only gym I want to train at. The family like bond you built with these friendly but fierce coaches is life changing.

This place is a complete and total joke. Nobody should ever train here. The owner is a petty loser who has absolutely no clue what he’s doing.

I entered my son into the wrestling program here. Very knowledgeable guys that clearly have a passion for the sport. They are great at noticing the details and correcting them if need be.The overall feeling of the place is great too; it's not stiff and uncomfortable. After a long day of work, it's nice to come into this warm environment filled with passionate athletes.

I came here using a Groupon and enjoyed my short time here. I got a great workout doing Leroy's boxing class. This man is like a human energy drink, super enthusiastic and motivating every class. I took coach G's kickboxing class a few times too and he was really nice and welcoming. Everyone here was generally pretty welcoming and I felt comfortable training here immediately. Nice facility and helpful staff. I would definitely train here if I lived in Houston.

Best gym ever! Feels like a family and will make you feel comfortable at all times. Truly the greatest coaches I’ve had and they will guide you to levels you would not think possible if you stay consistent. Come be a part of this giant brilliant community 👍🏻 …

I’ve had the best experience here since joining last year. The instructors are A+. The facility has everything, gym, boxing ring, pads/bags, and an amazing space for BBJ program. You will love the family friendly environment and all the amazing people that train there. My home away from home.

The instructors are top of the food chain. Head Wrestling Coach Steven Woods (Olympic Wrestler) provides great help and support to the team.I first heard of Paradigm because the coach at my son's school suggested he train there for the summer.I'm so happy he referred me. This is the second summer and we will continue to come here every chance we get. Thank you Coach Woods and thank you to all your other wrestling staff.Thank you to Christine, absolutely the hardest working person in the entire organization (including Paradigm Training Center and Paradigm Wrestling Club)

Love the gym and staff! When you walk in you're greeted by staff. Staff are always helpful. Coaches are top level AND supportive. No egos or attitudes. No drama. GFTeam (BJJ) I love. Everyone is welcome no matter the team- and that's a result of having respect for self and others.
