Lovely gym, has all the equipment a SBD enthusiast could need, plenty of Ohio bars and even an eleiko bar.I also really appreciate the power rack which has nylon safeties, many strength gyms only have competition spec combo racks which makes it scary to train alone as someone who would rather go at odd hours to beat the crowd. There are cute dogs sometimes too :)

Open 24/7 with not much traffic. Plenty of free weights and benches. Loved the environment

Have been here twice already while i visited Houston and every session i’ve had here has been great. Great gym equipment and great space will be back when in the area again!

Great gym with the best gym-goers and even better coaches.Equipment is very powerlifting oriented. The owners take great care and pride of what they have/do. You will never felt left out here at Project Strength.

Great gym, I'll definitely be returning when my schedule allows it.The selection of equipment is fantastic - they have lots dumbbells, tons of barbells, plenty of bench/squat racks, and even equipment for accessory work (cables, preacher bar, etc.)People are much friendlier than your average gym and the group seemed very close knit and welcoming of new comers - this gym is conducive to incorporating a social and supportive environment to your workout if you so desire.Regarding the other reviews, I've never had any issue with responsiveness of the owner (they were responsive to me even at odd hours on the weekend) or any difficulty locating the gym.

Was visiting Houston for the week and had high expectations to train here, but was highly disappointed. There’s no signage outside to indicate where the place is which is confusing considering there’s a similar gym like three buildings away. Inside the place is a complete mess with equipment laying all over the ground. Members were nice however

Love this place!! Started out with 0 lifting experience and the coaches here paced me through an amazing program. The community in this place is the reason I keep coming back. Best decision of my life stepping into this gym, my whole outlook on working out has changed! Coaching is affordable, gym is 24/7, everything you need to lift is right around you.

This place has bad business etiquette, one their website doesn’t even work, and when it says quick response on Facebook. The only thing quick they are good at is reading the messages, and not responding. Obviously they aren’t trying to make new clients. I will continue to spread the word. So my other fitness buddies and everyone else I know avoids this place like the plague.

This is a perfect place to train at if your wanting to build strength. The vibes of the place is great and welcoming. If you wanna come check it out, day passes are just $5! :)
