This gym is nestled in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. It has a variety of free weights, machines and exercise equipment. The trainers offer challenging group classes in the morning and afternoons. The owner and members are friendly and welcoming. The overall environment is safe and the facility is clean.

24 hour access to this gym is awesome.The gym is always clean, and there is never a wait for equipment.

Excellent gym and great people. Been a member for a little over a year now. It’s rarely busy, always clean, and they have all of the machines/weights I need. On top of all that, everyone at the gym is friendly, and although I lift with headphones in, I frequently pause my own music cause they’re always playing certified bangers.

This is an amazing gym! It has everything you need! Great vibes. Trainers are top notch! If you want a great workout in a great place this is it! Plus it's 24/7! #winning

LOVE IT HERE! Very clean, open 24/7!! The owner is very nice. The trainer at the facility are very helpful. I have been going here almost 2 years and my life has changed! If you are looking for a motivating space vFiT is the gym! Ask for Valencia!

Absolutely delightful place and a wonderful, kind, friendly staff. The gym is small but extremely functional; every piece of equipment looks like new and is well taken care of, the space sparkling clean is very well utilized. I stopped by to check out this fitness center to see if it'd be the right place for me and was offered a trial visit with no questions asked -- no forms to fill, no personal information, no liability wavers, no payment. The wonderful staff person on duty even brought me a bottle of water seeing that I didn't have one. And similarly, no questions as I was leaving, just a friendly smile and an invitation to come back. Needless to say, I WILL be coming back!

This review is overdue but vFit is an awesome place. I discovered it while looking for a trainer (have been working with owner, V, for a few months now - she’s just as awesome as her gym, which makes sense). The gym is the perfect size…not overwhelmingly big and not suffocating. It’s clean and the equipment is well cared for. The trainers who work out of the gym are knowledgeable and kind, and just generally, the members seem to be good people. Highly recommend!
