Super clean, staff is super friendly, no towels but I can just bring it from home so not too worried. The training area is really cool and glad members can use it too even without a trainer

How can it be a super sport? No towels , no kids club no basketball . I would rate it a sport! Pathetic really! Staff is not that friendly. It like they are doing you a favor When I'm the customer! Also , no parking! The upside it's new!

BELOW 1 STAR! HORRIBLE experience! My husband and I went in for a 3 days pass. The sales guy & the manager said we can check it out at 5 am the next day, they put it in the computer as an appointment and when we showed up the RUDE & HORRIBLE front desk guy (Fabian / Fabrian something) said we couldn't work out! I don't care what facility you have, with that terrible customer service and RUDE RUDE front desk staff we will NEVER sign up! Your front desk staff is the FACE of the company. With employees like that you will lose a TON of business. We are just 2 people, but you better believe we are telling EVERYONE we know to NEVER step foot in this gym!

Most of the low ratings are for lack of offerings (Super Sport), but the actual gym is spot-on.Clean, functional equipment, everything you need for any workout, large locker rooms, and the staff always greets or says goodby, so my experience of them has been friendly.

Not a Super Sport at all, they are just calling it that to gauge their customers. The people at the front desk should go back to customer service training. They are rude, unfriendly, and act like they are too busy. 24 hour Fitness has turned into a complete joke. I cancelled my membership!

New gym in Huntington Beach about time... Definitely not up to Bella Terra 24 fitness standards. Expected a more from this gym. Not providing towels, no wifi and a lack of basketball court. Doesn't feel like a Supersport, should be considered a sport. The parking is very limited, and can be troublesome to find an available spot. What it does have going for it is, a nice open concept. So it feels bigger then it is, a good vareity of cardio machines. A decent selection of free weights. Has a reasonable size pool with sauna and stream room (unsure if they have both, haven't had the chance to use them yet). For a Supersport, it falls short. Bella Terra and Triangle square are much better in my opinion. This way better then the express gym that was on main street, so this gym is alright. I give it a 3 stars, if they ever get towels and wifi (for music so I don't have to use my own data) I'd give it a 4 stars. Yet to see those changes. So 3 stars is my final verdict.

nicer than the old HB facility but was disappointed that they label it as a Super Sport and do not have towels for their guests. Being that this new location suffers from lack of parking and their is no added benefits like having a basketball court. I assumed towel service would be standard as they were at all the other SS locations I have visited both here in CA as well as in other States.

This is a great facility. It's clean, and the staff seems very helpful and friendly. There's a large amount of new cardio machines to choose from, a great weightlifting area, and it's nice to have a pool and generous amount of classes to choose from. I'm taking 1 star off due to parking. Most Sports and Supersports have a large parking area or are located next to a parking structure. This has a fairly small parking lot compared to the size of the gym. The parking lot was designed to hold a grocery store and the people that shopped there, not the amount of people that can be at a gym of this size at certain times of the day. At times in the morning, there can be up to 3 classes going on (cycling, workout room, and water aerobics), plus the people that are there to work out on the machines and lift weights. I will try to avoid going there during times that there are more than 2 classes going on. Otherwise, great gym!

Only good thing about this place is that it's new. They call it a Super Sport but the gym is small, they don't have towels, and there is no basketball court. And there is nowhere in the gym where it's says that it's a Super Sport in terms of signage. Only the staff tells you it is and most likely charge you more for it. I wish they would just say it's a regular Sport and it would be impressive. Since they say it's a Super Sport it's pretty disappointing and falls short.

Nice new facility. Love the set up. It's kind of nice that there aren't towels... most of the time the towels are left on the floor or left on the machines long after the person has left the gym. No basketball court but pretty cool athletic training area with tired and sleds.
